As the CEO, Jason works to oversee the company’s budget, manages company resources, sets the organization’s strategic direction and revenue goals, drive the company culture, and leads other members of the C-level officers and executive management.  Jason also serves as the company’s face while also watching industry changes and accessing areas of opportunity for future company growth.  Jason started his management career in New Orleans working in Water/Wastewater and relocated to the Houston area in 2003.  From there, he moved to The Woodlands and transitioned his skills into Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy.

Kert has over 30 years of experience in the construction and heavy industrial sectors. As the COO of Kinghorn Construction Group, Kert oversees project management, estimating, procurement, and construction operations, ensuring the company runs efficiently and upholds its commitment to safety, quality, and integrity. He plays a critical role in expanding the company’s service offerings and operational capacity. Kert also works to foster long-term client relationships, drive team collaboration, and promote a culture of accountability. His leadership helps maintain Kinghorn’s strong foundation and trusted reputation across the industry.

Ms. Anderson brings 20 plus years of Finance and Accounting leadership to Kinghorn Construction Group. Ms. Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Science with an Emphasis on Mathematics and Computer Science and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration.  Ms. Anderson’s unique background in both accounting and computer science has allowed her to successfully manage the accounting side of the business as well as leverage her skills in both process and software integration building efficiency to all aspects of the organization.

James Hattingh brings over two decades of experience in Engineering, Construction, EPC, Project Management, and Business Development, having worked across the Mining, Energy, Specialty Chemicals, and Oil & Gas sectors in four continents. As Vice President of Terminals, James oversees key operations related to Engineering, EPC, and Project Management, with a specialized focus on the Terminals and Downstream sectors. His global expertise ensures that Kinghorn maintains its commitment to delivering high-quality projects with safety at the forefront. James values Kinghorn’s dedication to safety, quality, and their innovative, creative approach to solving complex challenges, making him proud to contribute to the team’s continued success.

Jeff brings over 42 years of experience in Operations and Safety Management within the mining and oil and gas sectors. As Vice President of Environmental Health & Safety, he oversees safety operations for teams of 7,000+ employees and manages annual budgets exceeding $1 billion. Jeff’s deep expertise includes six years with the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) at both the District and National levels. With over 30 certifications, including Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Safety Management Specialist (SMS), Jeff ensures the highest safety standards across all operations, making him an essential leader in our team.

With over 20 years of experience in the electrical and instrumentation fields, Colby Noonkester is a seasoned professional across sectors like manufacturing, oil and gas, renewable energy, and industrial automation. Starting as an electrical apprentice, he quickly gained expertise in electrical design, maintenance, and troubleshooting, leading to advanced roles in project management and strategic planning. Known for his analytical skills and innovative solutions, Colby ensures projects are completed efficiently and safely. He is also committed to continuous learning and mentoring the next generation of industry professionals.

Brian brings over 12 years of Sales & Business Development experience in the Energy Industry. As the Director of Business Development, Brian oversees, plans, and develops strategic methods for driving revenue, growth, and customer relations. Brian started his career in the oil and gas industry working for EOG & XTO as a lease operator in the Barnett Shale.  From there he moved into a construction manager role which then led him into business development in the Oil and Gas Industry in the Permian Basin Region.  Brian continues to establish relationships throughout the United States creating new business opportunities, helping the company diversify into other energy sectors. Currently, he manages the construction services to Midstream Oil and Gas, Solar and Wind, RNG, Food and Beverage, and Mining industries for Kinghorn Construction Group.

Maria brings over 10 years of Sales & Business Development to the Energy Industry. As the Director of Business Development & Marketing, Maria oversees, plans, and develops strategic methods for driving revenue, growth, and customer relations. Maria started her business development journey in the Oil and Gas Industry in the Rocky Mountain region, cultivating relationships with prospective customers. Maria continues to establish relationships throughout the United States and has strategized the roadmap of how to increase existing business as well as create new business opportunities, helping the company diversify into other energy sectors. Currently, she manages the marketing strategies for construction services to Midstream Oil and Gas, Solar and Wind, RNG, and Mining industries. Maria brings experience with stakeholder engagements, sales enablement & the branding of Kinghorn Construction Group.
